Bitcoin Casinos is an independent comparison site for US players who want to gamble with cryptocurrency. We research offshore crypto casinos — the coins they take, how fast they pay, how much verification they ask for, where they're licensed, and what their bonus terms actually say once you read past the headline number. This page explains who we are, how the rankings are built, how we get paid, and where the limits of our research sit.

Everything here is written for adults only. You must be at least 18 to use this site, and many casinos and states set the minimum at 21 — check the operator's terms and your own state's rules before you sign up. If gambling stops being entertainment, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is free and confidential on 1-800-GAMBLER. Our responsible gambling resources go into more detail.

Why this site exists

There is no federal legalization of online casino gaming in the US. Regulated online casinos exist in a short list of states — New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island among them — and those operators run on dollars through banks and card networks, not on Bitcoin. Everything else marketed as a crypto casino to US players is offshore, licensed in places like Curaçao or Anjouan, sometimes Malta, and not by any US regulator.

That leaves a legal grey area, and most sites covering this space either ignore it or bury it. We say it plainly on every page: offshore crypto casinos are not regulated for US players, player protections are weaker than under a state licence, self-exclusion may not carry across sites, and the position varies state by state. Some states are explicitly restrictive, and many operators self-restrict particular states in their own terms. You have to check your own state's laws — we can't do that for you, and nothing here is legal advice.

How we research and rank crypto casinos

We research and verify; we do not claim to have deposited, played or withdrawn at these sites. Our ratings are editorial scores produced by our team, not aggregated customer reviews, and advertised payout speeds are exactly that — advertised. Where an operator's claim can't be independently confirmed, we say so rather than repeating marketing copy as fact.

Each casino is assessed against the criteria that actually decide this category:

  • Coin support — whether BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, DOGE and wider altcoin support are offered, and whether stablecoins are treated as first-class balances.
  • Deposits and withdrawals — on-chain handling, minimums and withdrawal limits, stated processing times, and whether the site absorbs or passes on network and gas fees.
  • Verification policy — how much a site asks for at signup versus at cash-out, and whether "no KYC" holds up when a large withdrawal is requested.
  • Game range and fairness — slots, live dealer tables, crash, dice, plinko and in-house originals, plus provably fair implementations and RNG certification where published.
  • Bonus terms — wagering multiples, time limits, max bet caps, game weighting and eligibility, not just the headline figure.
  • Licensing and transparency — which jurisdiction, which operating company, and how clearly the terms are published.
  • Security and support — two-factor authentication, withdrawal address controls, session limits, and how support is reached.

Rankings are reviewed on a rolling basis and our findings are current as of Sep 19, 2026. Terms change without notice, so treat every bonus figure below as a starting point and read the operator's current terms before depositing.

How we make money

We earn commission when a reader signs up with some of the casinos listed here. That relationship does not buy a position in the rankings and does not change what we write about a site's weaknesses. A casino cannot pay to move up, and we list drawbacks for operators we earn from, including the top-ranked one. Our terms and conditions set out the commercial arrangement in full.

You pay nothing to use this site. What it costs to play is a different matter: you fund a casino account from a self-custody or exchange wallet, and you pay the network fee to move coins in and out. Bitcoin fees vary with congestion, Ethereum gas can spike, and Litecoin, Dogecoin and stablecoins on cheaper networks usually cost less. Confirmation times range from near-instant on some chains to tens of minutes on others. Casinos typically credit deposits after a set number of confirmations; withdrawals are approved on the site's side, then confirmed on-chain, and daily or weekly withdrawal limits often apply by VIP tier.

Two risks that marketing tends to skip. First, you can lose the money you deposit — that is the normal outcome of gambling, and no strategy, bankroll size or provably fair seed changes it. Second, crypto prices move. A BTC balance can be worth materially less by the time you cash out. Stablecoins like USDT and USDC exist partly for this reason, letting you hold value in dollar terms while you play.

Three of the operators we cover, and what we make of them

These are the sites at the top of our current list. Each write-up is a summary of our research, not a full review, and each bonus is shown with the conditions that matter.

BetPanda — our highest-rated crypto casino

BetPanda sits at the top with an editorial rating of 10.0 largely because it leans on a recurring 10% weekly cashback rather than a front-loaded deposit match. For a crypto-native player who deposits regularly, an ongoing cashback line is usually easier to value than a headline bonus with a playthrough attached — you don't have to clear anything to benefit. Cashback is calculated on the operator's own terms, with eligibility, qualifying-loss definitions and any wagering condition set out in its promotions page, so read those before assuming a percentage applies to everything you stake.

Limitation: a weekly cashback percentage is worth far less to an occasional player than a large first-deposit match, and like every site here it holds an offshore licence rather than a US one. Minimum age and restricted states are set by the operator — confirm both before registering.

CoinPoker Casino — poker-first, casino alongside

CoinPoker Casino earns 9.8 because it comes from a poker product, which matters if you're in a state with no legal online poker and want both games in one crypto balance. The advertised offer is a 150% welcome bonus up to $2,000, released against wagering or rake requirements over a set period — the multiple, the time limit and which games count toward it are the numbers to check, because a poker-linked bonus often unlocks differently from a pure slots bonus.

Limitation: a casino attached to a poker room is rarely the deepest slots or live-dealer library on this list, and a bonus of that size takes real volume to clear. Players chasing a broad game catalogue will find more elsewhere.

Cryptorino — a Bitcoin-denominated welcome package

Cryptorino also rates 9.8, and it is the clearest example of a genuinely crypto-denominated offer: a 100% match up to 1 BTC plus 10% weekly cashback. Being quoted in BTC rather than dollars cuts both ways — the ceiling moves with the market, so the effective value of that cap is unknown until you deposit. The pairing of a one-off match and an ongoing cashback line suits a player who wants both a launch bonus and something recurring.

Limitation: a 1 BTC ceiling is theoretical for almost everyone, since you'd need to deposit the equivalent to reach it, and the match will carry wagering requirements, a time limit and likely a maximum bet while the bonus is active. Check the excluded-states list too.

Hyperlucky20% daily cashback up to $10,000 + 100 free spins9.8

VaveUp to 550 USDT + up to €75 free bet + 5% cashback9.7

Every figure above is the maximum advertised, not what a typical player receives. Rakeback and cashback percentages are usually tiered by VIP level, match bonuses carry wagering multiples and expiry dates, and free spins are normally limited to named slots with a capped win value. Nothing here is free money — you have to deposit and stake your own funds to qualify.

What these sites offer beyond the bonus

The catalogues we look at generally break into four groups. Slots from third-party studios — Pragmatic Play, Evolution's studios, NetEnt and similar — make up the bulk of most lobbies. Live dealer rooms cover blackjack, roulette and baccarat with real tables streamed in, and depend entirely on which providers the operator has contracted. Crypto originals — crash, dice, plinko and in-house variants — are where provably fair verification usually lives, letting you check a result against a published seed. And table RNG games sit between the two, certified by testing labs rather than verifiable hash by hash. Which of the four matters most depends on whether you want auditable math or a big-studio library.

Most of these operators also run sportsbooks beside the casino, and several run poker or esports betting from the same wallet. The economics differ: sports betting is priced on margin per market rather than house edge per spin, bonus terms are usually written separately with their own rollover, and a casino bonus generally can't be cleared on sports bets. If you plan to use both, check whether balances and VIP progress are shared or siloed.

Verification, privacy and what we won't help with

Plenty of crypto casinos let you register with an email and a wallet and play without documents. That's real, and it's a genuine draw. But "no KYC" is usually conditional: sites reserve the right to request identification at withdrawal, on large wins, or where anti-money-laundering and sanctions obligations apply under their licence. We report what each site's terms say and flag where the policy is vaguer than the marketing.

Where we draw the line: we don't publish workarounds for state geoblocks, VPN use against a site's terms, or verification and sanctions checks. Using a VPN to access a site that excludes your location typically breaches the operator's terms and can result in a closed account and forfeited funds — that is a practical warning, not a technique. And pseudonymous play is not tax planning. US players are generally liable for tax on gambling winnings and on crypto gains, whatever the casino does or doesn't collect. Speak to a qualified tax professional about your own position; we can't give that advice.

Protecting your funds and your play

  1. Use a self-custody wallet you control for anything you aren't actively gambling with, and keep only your playing balance on-site.
  2. Turn on two-factor authentication and, where available, withdrawal address whitelisting.
  3. Test a small withdrawal early so you learn the site's limits and timing before a large balance is involved.
  4. Set deposit, loss or session limits at signup, while you're calm, rather than mid-session.
  5. Read the bonus terms before you accept — an unwanted bonus can lock a balance you'd rather withdraw.

Offshore operators may not offer the self-exclusion tools or dispute channels a state-regulated casino must provide, and a complaint against a Curaçao or Anjouan licensee is a slower, less certain process than one handled by a US regulator. Factor that in when you decide how much to keep on a site.

Who writes this

Editorial here is overseen by Dorothy Sinclair, who reviews the rankings and the research behind them. We keep casino write-ups current as operators change terms, licences and coin support, and we correct pages when a reader tells us something has changed. If you spot an out-of-date bonus condition or a site behaving differently from how we describe it, let us know — reader reports are one of the most useful inputs we get.

How to use our rankings

Start with what you actually care about. If you want payout speed and minimal friction, weight verification policy and stated withdrawal times above bonus size. If you deposit often, recurring cashback and rakeback will out-earn a one-time match. If you're new to crypto, a site with strong stablecoin support keeps your balance in dollar terms while you learn the mechanics. Then read the terms on the operator's own site — our summaries are a shortcut, not a substitute.

Take your time over it. There's no advantage to signing up quickly, and any site worth using will still be there next week. Gamble only with money you can afford to lose, treat it as entertainment rather than income, and call 1-800-GAMBLER if it stops feeling that way. Must be 18+, or 21+ where the operator or your state requires it.
